“We want to put beer back on the table”, the Butchers brewery is launching in Guillestre
“Bringing beer back to the table” is the ambition of the brand new Butchers brewery in Guillestre. The two founders of this establishment want to give back its letters of nobility to a drink less considered in France than elsewhere in Europe, to reach a scale of production which allows both to create some jobs while distributing locally and at accessible prices.
At the helm, two people: Grégory Matignon, butcher-charcutier for 18 years, already an amateur brewer before his retraining and Clément Renault, a former aeronautical engineer, who decided to change his life.
